Spiral hand thrown mug. This mug measures approx 3 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches across top. It holds about 12 ounces, The mugs keep your drink warm longer because the clay retains heat. The handles are hand pulled and fit the hand very well.
Our Spiral pattern looks contempoary but it is one of the very first design patterns. Whenever I look at books of ancient pots the spiral shows up on pots from all around the world. I love the connection of using a design that goes back 10s of thousands of years.
